Exchange/ Return Policy

All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. 

  • In cases when you received a defective item, you are eligible to exchange your item(s), your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Sale and discounted item(s) purchased through online cannot be exchanged unless the item(s) were delivered faulty.
  • Item(s) can be exchanged for the same colour and design only in cases when you received a defective item.
  • Item(s) can only be exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) by MEERSCO
  • Item(s) will only be exchanged subject to stock availability
  • In cases when you received a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you within 3 days upon receiving your item
  • The item MUST NOT be used in order for us to proceed the new item.
  • All exchanged items will be processed within 7  working days upon item received
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless items were received faulty from our side. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are not satisfied with your product and the above return/exchange policies are met:

  1. Contact our customer service at
  2. Provide our customer service your order details and reason for exchange/return
  3. Our customer service will reply ASAP more details for the return/exchange process.
  4. Insert your original consignment note into the return parcel and seal the parcel
  5. Proceed to the nearest postal service to post your returns within 3 days from the reported date
  6. Provide our customer service the postal company and tracking number of the return parcel
  7. Delivery fee for return items are to be borne by the customer
  8. Return/exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned product

Once your return has been received:

  1. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received by our head office for your exchange/refund to be processed.
  2. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfils our return/exchange policies before processing
  3. An exchange is subject to stock availability
  4. In the event where the exchange stock is unavailable, you may opt for:
  5. Exchange with a different item
  6. Refund
  7. You will be updated via email once your return is successful
