DELIVERY TIME

Your order processing time varies depending on the product type.

Generally, orders will be ready for shipping:

  1. Approx max 3 business days for PU Leather material
  2. Approx max 2 weeks for embroidery Jute and canvas material.
Orders are processed within 3 working days for personalization on PU Leather material, 10-14 working days for personalization on Jute and Canvas material.

For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.
 
Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page of your chosen item.


You will get an email for the tracking number details once the parcel is in transit.

DELIVERY FAILURES

Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order.

Delivery failure may occur in the event of:

  1. Incorrect delivery address
  2. Recipient is not available during attempted delivery

In such cases, the courier service will either:

  1. Attempt another delivery to the given address and/or
  2. Return the parcel to the local sorting hub and/or
  3. Return the parcel to MEERSCO main office

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been out from our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your item online.

We're using J&T Express, kindly please track and trace here : https://www.jtexpress.my/track.php 

Kindly note that until the courier service updates their system with your tracking information, you might be unable to track your shipment.

It may take 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system.

 

DELAYS

Unexpected factors may cause delay in your shipment:

  1. Your order was placed during the weekend or public holidays
  2. The courier delayed as there's high number of processing facilities by the courier service
  3. Payment receipt was not provided to our website (attachments needed after payment were made)
  4. The product you purchased is out of stock. In these circumstances, our customer service will contact you for further actions.
